I had organised a 'girls spa day' with Karolina online as I was based overseas. Karolina was just so lovely and professional. She organise the spa treatments and was helpful throughout. Each of us enjoyed our spa treatments (Karolina and Rozal were our therapists for the day). We enjoyed the products used (we are now fans of Skeyndor!) I would highly recommend this spa, and will be back again when we're next in Sydney. Thanks for all your help Karolina!
Karolina and her team did an amazing job. The use of the essential oil calmed me down after a hectic day and the facial was done so gently. Highly recommended!
I had the pleasure of visiting Inglis day spa and I couldn't be any happier. I was very pleased with the services recommended by Karolina who has also helped me choose the right skincare for me at home. Her power oxygen facial and the cosmetics she picked made my skin look glowing and made me feel like I am 10 years younger. I will definitely be back, I can't imagine going to a different place as no one else will be able to look after me the way they do😊
I had a massage by staff member Linh and would not recommend. The experience for a 5 star expectation was poor. The staff were unprofessional from the get go discussing private matters (Linh was having an argument with other staff) which set the tone for the rest of the treatment. The massage in itself was then absolutely terrible. I paid for an hour and felt like I got 12 minutes on my back with lack of attention to detail and 30 minutes on my front where I felt confused because this was not like a massage I expected. I did vocalise that I wanted more pressure, the pressure was then extreme and I vocalised to reduce it in certain spots to which she basically went back to brushing my skin and using only her arms and elbows. This was honestly atrocious just to summarise and I would rather go to a small clinic that is used to churning out clients with results properly 🙂
I am really really sad and disappointed with my one hour massage.i just had a baby and I was looking forward to a nice massage to release my stress and tension I asked the lady to put more pressure and I was still not satisfied.I feel like crying I wasted $$400 + , I expected to come out fresh and energised but that’s not How I felt, my partner also felt The same..the 30 minute facial was good I had no issue with that but it was just the massage!! I will have to spend another $100 to get another massage elsewhere. To be very honest I would not recommend this to anyone if they wanted to get a massage. It was not worth it.
