Ineffable Hair Salon & Spa

I was visiting NYC and booked an appointment for a haircut because the place was recommended to me. It’s clear the business has it’s cancellation policy. However, it is unfortunate that for special circumstances such as getting sick (something you can’t control), they don’t even consider that. I called and explained my situation. The lady at the reception said she would call back and let me know if they were going to charge me or not based on her discussion with the owner. I was never called back and I was simply charged half of the service. They didn’t even have the decency of calling me back. Horrible experience for a first time client. Definitely not recommending this place.

One of the best hair/wellness places I have been to. The steam massage is one of the best massages I had in my life. Super nice and friendly staff. Don’t think you will be disappointed.

This is the second time I’ve had my haircut by Vinicius and the experience both times has been wonderful and relaxing. The service with wash, head massage, and aromatherapy to begin is something I’ve never experienced before at a salon and it makes me feel so relaxed to before the haircut. Vinicius is fun to be with as he cuts my hair. He’s easy to talk to and I laughed a lot. Go experience Vinicius he will make you look and feel beautiful :) @vinny_hair_nyc

Amazing haircut and hair massage. The whole staff is friendly and make sure they take care of you by providing coffee, cookies and water. I’ll be back for a blow dry just to get a scalp massage again which felt amazing!

WOW. Seriously impressed with Vinicius' work! His expertly mixed color came out incredible, not only complimenting my skin tone but my eye color as well. The cut and blow out? Perfection. The experience was exactly what I wanted and then some. Thank you to the super friendly, accommodating and attentive staff. Highly recommend.

Ineffable and specifically Vinny is amazing! I stay at the hotel next door just to make sure every time I come to NY I can get in to see him!!! Kindest and best stylist ever!!!

Ricardo is a true expert. He has been taking care of my hair for the past 5 years. Ricardo goes out of his way to deliver personalised and superior service. Recently added lymphatic massage a must try in between services. Highly recommended.
