Imperial College Dental Surgery

I have been coming 25 years. Got my confidence back in dentists since i was 15. I am now 55

I came before 8 reception open 8.05am I m still sitting waiting for Dentist it is now 8:45am I just missed my 9am important appointment! This is very very bad I am afraid to say! Why did you have to book me an appointment if I have to just sit almost 1hr?

I was so pleased with my tooth extraction today with Dr Paulo and his assistant Advick from imperial college dental centre. It was quick and painful free. I highly recommend having your tooth extraction with him.

I was seen by Dr Sam today way earlier than my scheduled time as my sister has an early appointment and he is as welcoming as ever. He arrange an immediate appointment for me to have my tooth extracted without any fuss and Dr Paulo agreed to take me in. I am very pleased with the service here at imperial college dental centre and we have been a client here for years and they never disappoint.

I have been coming here for a long time, and all the staff and specially Doctor Sam is very helpful, friendly and his very good, all of my family is also in this dental centre and has been seen by Doc. Sam.

A mixed experience, the dentist I saw was punctual and on time , bit of a mix up with records but was sorted at the end ,the higienist though which I saw before seemed a bit in a rush , previous time I had a great experience with her but this time something wasn’t as usual(Perhaps having a bad day) I was told she couldn’t complete hygienist session in one go due to time limit and my gums bleeding and have to book another appointment in a month , I found a bit annoying having to spend another 75£ , I did pay deposit but I think I will cancel as can’t really afford to spend money for higiniest as often. I feel bad my experience wasn’t as good as previously but I guess happens.

My dentist cristina was so lovely! She made me feel so comfortable and at ease during my appointment! I would 100% recommend cristina to everyone, she was absolutely amazing and I will definitely be booking in an appointment to see her again!

Dr. Ms. Monica Lal , is a wonderful Dentist. She understands and treats everyone very gently. I didn't feel much pain in all my treatments so far. Treats with care and patience. The best ever.

Thankyou for an amazing experience. The dentist dr khayatoum Jamilli was the best dentist I’ve been to in a long time . I had to have a back tooth out , and was quite anxious . Dr Jamilli made me feel at ease , with her professioalism, patience , empathy , highly skilled approach, she had the tooth out in under 1 minute , also all the staff at reception and the dentist assistant , were so lovely and kind ,it was such a relaxed happy atmosphere from the minute I entered the practise . Highly rated . Thankyou Dr Jamilli and all staff .

Dr Sanna Mohammed is highly professional with a calm and authoritative manner - what I so desperately needed at the time. She did an amazing job for me and I am just so grateful to her.

The receptionist were very friendly and Dr Monica Lall is an amazing kind person and makes me fell comfortable as I get very nervous to see a dentist

The Imperial College Dental Surgery is immaculately clean, top class equipment and very organised. An asset to the NHS in terms of being exemplary.
