Great store and the behaviour of Subrata Halder is really great. He was supportive throughout my purchase and helped via call and arranged my required mac device under time constraints. He also has really good knowledge and helped in choosing the right product. Also really kind to help throughout the transfer and purchase and setup. Highly recommended

Bought my iPhone 17 pro from here on 14th December 2025, the sales girl Kajal conveniently forgot any free gift along with it. After my mother asked couple of times, the senior staff reminded her. Post sale, they push you for super expensive add ons. Still all well. Then within a week my screen guard gets damaged so I went at 9.40pm to the store and their shutter was half down and they point blank refused to let me enter. Why say the shop is open till 10pm when clearly it’s not? Also I asked how much for the front screen guard and the same girl kajal said 2500Rs!!! I left and put the same screen guard for 250Rs from a much better service giving shop. Use your discretion at this shop. Some senior staff are fine but majority hate their job and not at all helpful.
