Fantastic space with lovely staff and great quality food and toys. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend. The whole area was very clean. If travelling using Google maps type Springfield industrial estate and find building number 10 when you get there.
First time we have organised a party and didn't know what to expect. We'll we were very happy with the whole experience. Decorated to suit child's age which was wonderful, attention to detail I.e. balloons including child's age x extremely helpful and pleasant staff who went above and beyond to make the experience an amazing one and we were so happy. Would highly recommend this venue as its safe and very clean and also has all amenities to hand. 5 stars from me
We came to imagination town with our 13 month old & our 4 year old for the first time in a year. We all had so much fun. Nice and relaxed atmosphere. Healthy snacks available for the little ones & some very tempting cake for us big ones. It looks fresh & the windows in all the role play areas really helps open it up. Looking forward to our next visit.
We had a another great trip here with our three children. This is a really great alternative to standard soft plays, and really encourages kids to play how they want. The staff were very friendly and since social distancing are making a huge effort on cleaning and other measures.
My 6 year old and 3 year old love this place. It seems quite small when you first go in, but there is much more to do and it is far less manic than the usual soft play. 90 minute sessions are long enough, and the staff do a full clean and tidy before each session - the place has always been spotless in my experience. In Covid-19 times everyone is temperature checked on entry, hand sanitizer is available and adults must wear masks in the play area. Cafe has a short menu but everything you need and is reasonably priced.
