Had my highlights with Jen. She knows exactly what you want. Came out feeling fabulous. Staff in there are wonderful, best massage. Defo recommend to my friends.

Jenny and her girls are amazing and I leave there feeling my best self everytime. I love the organic products they use, especially for my sensitive skin. I always feel well looked after with tea, good music, magazines, great advice and beautiful hair.

I am buying Keune products for over 20 years now and I have been buying from this shop for nearly 2 years. She can't recognize a loyal customer that comes on regular basis, nor that she has any loyalty program in place to sustain her customers. Today was my last visit at this shop as I can easily buy my products elsewhere where they offer a loyalty discount and get it delivered to my door. On top of everything, she is so artificial that if I was a brand new Keune customer I would have had seconds thoughts - I purchased my products in a rush and couldn't wait to get out of there. My review is not for the Keune products. As mentioned above I use Keune for over 20 years and nothing and nobody will convince me to change that. Also, for the past 20 years I have purchased this product in several counties and EVERYWHERE they have given me pumps for the 1L bottles and this woman is telling me that she gives me free pumps, ha! Its the bad service and her attitude that got me cross along with her being so artificial.

My daughter’s hair looks smooth, healthy, and perfectly styled — exactly what we were hoping for.
