The studio of BVN in Sydney has four Ultimaker 2 and two Ultimaker 3D printers. These were all supplied by Imaginables and have given very good service. I would like to compliment Kae Woei Lim for his intimate knowledge of these machines and is always helpful with advice. Spare parts are delivered promptly.
I've taken my Ultimaker for maintenance a few times now and the service has been great, in particular the team are quick to respond and a please to deal with. They're also a good source of ultimaker parts and general printer filaments.

So I had printer issues, they helped me every step of the way and persisted even with covid making everything much much harder. Super easy to deal with and always kept me informed. Couldn't be happier with the end result. Highly recommend using imaginables and I certainly will be.
