IHOP

I just remember why I stopped coming to this place. Long waiting times, wrong orders, bad service. Nothing changed’nn

Great service and food! We loved our waiter, AJ!!!!

Service was very slow. We didn't have the hellish experience that others had when visiting here, but the food did take 40+ minutes to arrive after ordering. They only had 2 servers waiting on ~15 tables, so I don't blame the staff. The only reason I came here from MD is because they openly advertise using halal meat for certain dishes. I probably won't be coming here again

We went to this restaurant today, 02/25/24, around 10 AM. We were very excited to try this IHOP location but were thoroughly disappointed. The hostess was very nice, greeted us, and took us to the table. We had 3 adults, 1 kid, and two toddlers, so we requested if we could get a table in the corner. That way, it would be quieter and wouldn't be disturbing other patrons. The hostess was okay with it, but then comes this arrogant manager who denied our request and said we needed to be seated at table #45. Period!!! Remind you, the restaurant was pretty empty at that time. To start off, that so-called manager looked pissed and didn't even smile at his customers. I am surprised how that person is still in the customer service business. With such a pitiful experience with him, we decided not to dine in at this restaurant and left. The manager didn't even apologize and said he was doing so because he had to give that table to one of his servers. I don't even agree with the saying 'customers are always right,' but since when do customers have to be seated at a particular table and they can't request to be seated somewhere else because they have toddlers with them? We would have understood the reason for denial if the restaurant was busy, but the restaurant was pretty empty at that time. But anyways, we left this IHOP location and went to Anita's Mexican Restaurant located in the same Plaza and had a wonderful experience. I would not recommend this IHOP location to anyone. That manager needs to be taught how to smile and how to deal with customers. TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS RIGHT, YOU FOOL!!!

The food is good. I ate at this IHOP many times, but the service never seems to improve. As a former waiter, service is my number one priority to take care of customers and hoping for good tips. There is no refill on water and coffee until we are about to leave. I have to flag the waitress for my bill and bring my bill to the cashier to pay.

After wait more than 40 minutes for a single omelette it came with plastics. Service was so slow even the place had no more than 5-6 occupied tables. Always have issues at this location and definitely is the last time I come here

Glad that they have a separate HALAL Menu in Ramadan. Food is good but don’t expect something amazing. The server was nice and gentle but he was struggling with so many customers in one time to keep up everyone’s order. The store need to have few more servers specifically in weekend for busy time. Overall it was one time experience for Halal options.
