Wouldn't recommend coming in here! Prices are way too high for a repair, I don't see why people would fix anything at that store . Check other places for prices before you conduct any business with them

I brought my phone in to hopefully get the camera glass that was cracked fixed. They took my money and said the part would be in within the week. Never called me. I had to call and follow up. Still didn’t have the part. Another week goes by and they said to come in around x time. I did and they STILL didnt have the part. They refused to refund me my money. Don’t go here.

Dan is the best!! My brand new ps portal broke , I drove to 2 different ubreakifix stores was told they couldnt fix it. But Then I went ifixscreens in Islip and Dan was DETERMINED to get it working!! Dan went ABOVE AND BEYOND and was also very kind, patient and courteous I’m truly grateful!! I will be coming back here for all my repairs in instead of ubreakifix! THANK YOU DAN!! Recently I bought a steam deck and wanted to install, 3rd party mods for it to be truly unique to me but I didn't trust myself to do it. Ran through a phone tag of several computer and mobile phone places, all these tech guys must know each other because they eventually lead me to Dan atiFixScreeens Islip. He's very kind, honest, I instantly got the sense that this isn't a job for him but in his blood. He was straight up with me, he had never touched a steam deck but with his knowledge in his field he could do it. I knew this was the guy to trust with what had become my baby, The Steam Deck. I've never used one of these repair shops before but, if I ever have a problem with my Deck or phone or what have you and I need help I know the place to go. I don't know who his employer is but, this guy is someone you should want to keep around and keep happy so he stays and makes you money

Danny was great!! My phone went dark and I thought I lost everything! Not only did he completely fix it like new he did it in hours. He’s was so easy to work with and knowledgeable. This has been the best experience I’ve had in one of these stores ever.
