This is my third or fourth time getting a device repaired here. The guys here have been professional and have saved my devices many times. Art has always had my device back in a timely fashion. Definitely recommended.

09/18/2023 I came into the store to get a cracked lens (cover) changed out on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Art took the phone after answering my questions. He was a very nice guy. I was able to stay in the shop during the repair and it took roughly 1 hour. After the repair was finished and I moved through the camera features and noticed when I zoomed out the lens it stayed out of focus. I brought it to the attention of Art and after another hour in store I was told I needed a whole new camera replacement. Another $180-$200 but they would discount count it $100 since I had just spent the $109 in store. I didn’t think that’s right because the phone camera worked flawless before dropping it off besides the crack when it was zoomed in. I eventually requested a complete refund and told him to keep the lens cover off. Very nice guy but my phone is in worse condition then when I walked into the store. STAY AWAY!

They were very welcoming and attentive. I love how the service was very fast. I had a phone I been stalling for 1 year to get fixed and use to have to wait a whole 48 hours. They were done in 20 minutes. Oh how I love the convenience. Thank you guys ❤
