General advice 1 make sure you check your phone over before leaving it to avoid any difficulty around wheather other phone components are functional 2 get a written quote for the repair and include any verbal agreement to fit a screen protector .an unprotected screen is easily broken !!

Will never use this phone shop again!!! My daughter locked herself out of her phone so just needed unlocking which at other shops cost me £10 when happened previously. Tried txting me telling me he had to completely reinstall the os and loads of other rubbish when all he had to do was factory reset the phone. Told me £30, then proceeded to txt again and tell me it would be £40 which I told him absolutely not I had already been overcharged and he'd claimed to do things I'd never asked him to do. My partner then went into the shop to get the phone back and he was very rude. Takes advantage when he thinks people don't know anything about phones will never return here!! Only given 1 star because I have to!!!
Great service and value. Went in to enquire about new iPhone X battery and it was done within the hour. Very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend
