At first I was bit lost. But Mr. BALARAM really helped me sort out my account. Kudos. To the whole branch

Branch staff were cooperative and helpful. Technical glitches were there. For instance, I had to wait for some messages on the phone which wasn't getting delivered. Finally after nearly 15 - 20 minutes, managed to get it.

we have our account here over 20 years, use to be the best bank, last around 2 years they are not interested in costumers. we had totally 6 accounts. now we closed 3 of them. still there is no progress. just thinking of closing the rest of them too. sad to see this branch in this condition.

I am one of the first customers of this branch (22 yrs ago). The service level I got when I visited 2 weeks ago was shocking, to say the least! It is worse than a govt. office now, rude and uncustomer friendly. The young lady who tried her best not to help me was egoistic, condescending. She was opening suspecting me of signature fraud (comparing my 22 year old signature on her screen to today's of a 57 yr old man!) and refusing every request and trying to get rid of me. Her last suggestioj to me was to simply close my account with the bank!

Branch is not at the location as mention in google, we had to spend half a day searching the branch n ended up going back without finding it. The bank needs to understand and update its current location and also need to add the banner if it is in the given location, i don't think its the right loction because i wouldn't have been able to write this review if i am wrong! Well the bank branch is not there on its location is a big disappointment.
