I had the most wonderful experience with Liz. She completely transformed my hair & I couldn’t be happier with the result. From the moment I sat in her chair, she was so attentive, thoughtful & genuinely listened to what I wanted, while also sharing her expertise & recommendations. I really valued her knowledge & trusted her vision completely — and she absolutely worked her magic! I walked out feeling like a completely new version of myself. The makeover was exactly what I needed & I’m so in love with my hair! Thank you so much, Liz, for making me feel amazing. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Liz is so thorough with her consultation at the start, ensuring we are aligned on the direction of the appointment and intended outcome. My hair always feels and looks fresh and revitalized + we have a good laugh!

Elizabeth was absolutely amazing! She really took the time to listen to all my concerns about my fringe and restyle cut, and we worked together to set some goals for where I’d like to take my hair. She was so personable and made me feel completely comfortable. Her hair-cutting skills are incredible, and I’m so happy with the result. I’ll definitely be coming back. All the staff were friendly and lovely too. The tea and scalp massage were such a treat too.

All the stylists are fantastic with the quality of their work. They all are lovely ladies and create a great relaxing, pleasant and stress free environment that makes every visit a wonderful experience

Tash absolutely nails it every single time! 🤍 Walking in, I’m always greeted with a smile and the best service. It’s not just a hair appointment, it’s a space where you feel remembered and cared for. Tash always checks in, remembers the little details about me and my hair, and makes every appointment feel so personal. She absolutely kills the colour and styling every time, and I always walk away looking and feeling my best with gorgeous hair. Couldn’t recommend Tash enough! 🤍

I’ve been seeing Liz for a bit less than 1 year. She is incredible at every visit. Her skills, warmth, and professionalism are outstanding! I love the salon atmosphere and how they treat every client in a special way.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Let me be clear: this review is not about Georgia. She is an exceptional stylist, and I've been to her many times. She is the only reason I ever visited this salon. This review is entirely about the salon's management and their complete lack of customer service. I booked my sister with Georgia for a 10:15 am appointment. She arrived at 9:50 am and checked in. At around 9:55 am, she was offered a tea and told, "Tina will be with you shortly." She immediately questioned this because we had specifically booked with Georgia. The receptionist insisted their system showed no stylist preference, even though we absolutely booked with Georgia. What makes this even more frustrating is that the booking confirmation, text message, and email never mentioned the stylist's name. Had they shown anyone other than Georgia, we would have questioned it immediately. Even Georgia later said, "I thought it was weird you weren't booked with me." If the salon recognised something was unusual, why didn't anyone contact us before the appointment instead of waiting until we arrived? From that point, the salon knew there was a booking issue. Instead of resolving it, they left my sister waiting while staff stood around reception trying to work out what to do. The appointment they claimed had "started" wasn't even until 10:15 am. They had around 25 minutes to correct the error or discuss a solution. Instead, they waited until 10:15 am to charge us a cancellation fee. The irony is that Tina was still with another client at 10:15 am, so no one was even available to see my sister. After making her wait for nearly an hour, they finally told us Georgia couldn't fit her in and that we'd have to rebook. Then they demanded a $200 fee. Their justification was that the appointment had already "started." How can an appointment be considered started when the booked stylist never saw the client and the replacement stylist wasn't even available? My sister was charged $200 for a service she never received because of what appears to have been the salon's own booking mistake. What was even more shocking was the attitude from management. I asked, "Are you really willing to lose two loyal clients over this?" Their response was simply, "Yes." That response tells you everything you need to know about how they value their customers. There was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the situation fairly. Georgia is an incredible stylist, and this review is in no way a reflection of her. Unfortunately, because of the salon's management, I will never spend another dollar here and will never recommend this salon to anyone. I'm fully expecting the salon to respond, as they have to other negative reviews, by trying to justify their actions or present a different version of events. That's their choice. It doesn't change the facts: my sister waited from 9:50 am until almost 11:00 am, the salon knew from around 9:55 am there was a booking issue, no stylist was available when the appointment was due to begin at 10:15 am, she never received any service, and she was still charged $200.
