After a (what I thought) pleasant video call, never heard from again. No response to several emails either! Very unfortunate this, but good to know now (for the purchase of a home). I find it downright antisocial and unprofessional.
You will be helped quickly if you want to take out a loan. After the "sale" it is almost impossible to get on the phone and an answer to your mail (even if it is urgent) you should not expect either. Many things that you have to arrange afterwards should go through them. Customer service really leaves much to be desired.
Very good help at mortgage shop by Sabine. She was always available for any question I had and actively thought about solutions. Time was taken to make things accessible and to explain them humanely. Work was also done efficiently. Thank you, Sabine!
I have been helped immensely by Sabine from the mortgage shop! She takes plenty of time for you, actively thinks along, answers all questions skillfully and with endless patience. She also works quickly, is very accessible and gives clear explanations. Highly recommend!
