Dr Ben Gupta treated both my daughter and I, he is warm, caring and professional. We would highly recommend him.

I do not recommend this clinic. No professionally satisfactory service and it is expensive for nothing. I went there for a dental implant consultation with Dr Gupta. I paid $485 for a consultation which was not more than 20 minutes and 3d scan X-day (which I got for free in the other two clinics in Newcastle). I asked the doctor whether I have enough space for the dental implant or not. He said then I need to read the 3d scan x-ray and discuss it in another appointment. Then, they asked me to pay in advance $140 for future consultation. However, I was very sad even for paying $485 for a consultation with no output. Then, I cancelled the next appointment which they wanted to charge me an additional $140. After 2 months, they sent me an email that stated you have to pay $140 for a consultation, which I cancelled a couple of weeks prior and I was not presented there. This means they had expected to take $485 + %140 = $625, just only for one-day dental implant consultation (which I got with 120 dollars in another clinic, with nice consultation). I was not happy with the consultation.
