During a recent visit to Huckleberry’s The Cake Shop with my uncle and father, we found ourselves in a situation that prompted me to share my thoughts as a customer, despite the initial discomfort. I’d like to acknowledge the establishment’s rich history since 1953, a hidden gem that had eluded my awareness until then. Accompanied by my senior-aged uncle and my father on a business visit, we entered the shop with the intention of exploring and appreciating the products offered. I extend my sincere apologies for any perceived imposition from my senior-aged uncle, especially in light of language differences. Upon entering the shop, I was captivated by the variety of offerings, particularly the unique chocolates on display. However, my excitement waned when I sampled the chocolates, especially the pineapple and blueberry flavors. Regrettably, the taste was lackluster, and the cookies seemed to have lost their freshness, possibly due to extended storage. Opting for a small chocolate cake with medium sugar levels, priced at 225 rupees, I was disappointed when the sweetness overwhelmed the cake’s original flavor. It felt more like consuming sugar than savoring a cake, leaving my taste buds wanting. Interactions with the shop owner and staff were satisfactory, but there was a slight lapse in judgment regarding understanding customers’ preferences, especially when it comes to purchasing cakes for occasions. A more polite inquiry about preferences would greatly enhance the overall customer experience. While I appreciate the loyalty of the established fanbase, I believe there’s an opportunity to broaden the brand’s appeal to a more diverse customer base. This is a subjective observation, and I understand that tastes can vary. Moreover, I couldn’t help but notice an ambiance that struck me as somewhat unique and apocalyptic. Its distinctive atmosphere could serve as an interesting reference model for scriptwriters exploring unconventional settings. In conclusion, I share these insights with humility and respect, hoping that they contribute positively to the continuous improvement of Huckleberry’s The Cake Shop. I believe constructive feedback is essential for growth, and I express these thoughts with the intention of contributing to the enhancement of the overall customer experience. I ordered a customised cake spending 1100 rs.. with specifically mentioning less.. sweet.. instead it was overly sweet and too hard to eat.. pls don't order from this bakery and waste ur money and mess with your occasions..

Never buy any designer cakes from here. They never deliver the cake on time and in our case they ruined our birthday celebrations by ruining the cake while delivering. Then the main person stopped coming on the call and other people said we will correct the cake etc.. Biggest mistake to order cake from here. Please don't get carried away by other reviews.
