Accounts of the HP Gas consumers are blocked by them without any intimation. Due to their outdated technology, they are blaming the customers saying that bank account is linked to multiple gas connections even though the account was KYC compliant. They have blocked my account all of sudden and making me run from pillar to post. I am unable to unlock my account due to their foolishness. It is better not to use their service anymore.
