I came here for cleanup. Nandu attended me and my face looks completely clean. Her hand is so soft and the pressure she applies feels like it should go on. Highly recommend.
The haircut was not done as expected, and the quality of the service was below standard. the haircut felt rushed, as if they were trying to finish as quickly as possible without paying attention to the details or my preferences. I expected better customer service and more care during the haircut. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve both the quality of your service
I had a very disappointing experience yesterday on my special day. I went for a haircut and hair wash, expecting proper care and professional service, but unfortunately, it was the opposite. No proper conditioner was applied, and while sectioning my hair, the stylist was brushing very harshly and aggressively. I have never had my hair combed so roughly before—it was uncomfortable and felt very careless. She also did not seem to know how to blow dry properly. Previously, when I visited, a male stylist handled my hair and did an excellent job with the partition and blow-dry in just a few minutes, which is why I was happy with my last experience. This time, however, the experience was honestly very bad and upsetting. I will not be visiting again, and I would not recommend this service based on how my hair was handled.
I recently got a hair treatment done at House of Hair and I’m extremely happy 😊with the results. The staff was very professional, polite, and attentive throughout the entire process. They explained each step clearly and made sure I was comfortable. The service quality was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable for the results they delivered. Truly value for money.
