They have heated classes which is rare in Malta other than non-heated ones. I love the signature hot yoga class. The owner Simona is so nice and passionate about encouraging students to find their well-being by answering any questions and giving feedback.

Ritianne is a really good teacher. She encourages and keeps an eye on your positions. Really good classes. I started going once a week and now I go twice. Everyone should try hot yoga

Wonderful place to be. The heated experiences helps your joints to loosen up and increases the mobility of body overall. The Yoga instructors are always welcoming and especially, Ritienne is a very experienced Yoga Teacher while she's always there to help and assist you.
