Where do i start? This place is absolutely amazing and super clean. It's like my second home. I crave to keep going back for more classes throughout the day. I have seen the most physical results while working out here and i used to be a hardcore bootcamp girl. Consistency is definitely key but what greater combination then to workout in an infrared heated sauna that helps you detox, lose weight and provides an amazing muscle recovery stretch class too. Since joining in February, I have lost over 15 pounds, tons of inches and it has helped me significantly with my limited range of motion in my right hip. If you are looking to try something different, try this place. You will not regret it.

Love this place! It’s always clean & and organized and has an amazing variety of classes and times. I personally love that you can access the studio 24/7! The staff is super friendly & helpful.
