Very bad experience, room was too old nd dirty. Total waste of of money

Very bad experience. Bill was given in incorrect name due to fault of hotel staff and still hotel is denying to correct the mistake. Very very disappointed with the service.

It's a corporate hotel, good for corporate employees on tour , location is the advantage, room rents are reasonable

Hotel is good. Location is around 10 mins away from Rani Kamlapati Station. The behaviour of staff, cleanliness of room and other services are excellent. overall my experience was quite good.

First of all, the front desk person named Surendra needs to learn some manners as to how to host the guests. He lacks professionalism and was very informal in his communication as if I am his “dost”. He needs to be trained to show some respect for the guests. Then you have the seriously needed renovation for the smelly and ugly rooms. The couch and closet are stained and don’t seemed to be cleaned from ages. And there is very bad odour in the bathroom and stained toilet which makes you want to leave the hotel immediately. I believe the prices are unfair for the standard of these rooms. Be careful while booking.
