Hotel The Niyaz

Not meeting the standards of Belgaum Niyaaz. I doubt if it's genuine branch. The service is not great. They don't care about customers. Don't recommend if someone looking for original Niyaaz Biriyani.

No one cares about the customers. First, we were told that there was a table available on the first floor, but when we went there, the only available table was a reserved table. We asked the waiter to move the reservation, but he ignored us. When we sat down at the table, he told us that it was reserved and that we had to move. We then occupied some seats on the ground floor, but no one came to take our order for a long time. When we asked the waiters for service, they all ignored us. This is the slowest and worst service I have ever experienced. The glassware was dirty and rusted made of copper. The tables and chairs were haphazardly placed. Coming on food - Chicken 65 - just frozen chicken on which schezwan sauce is sprinkled and Pudina is put. That’s it. Very basic Chicken kadai - again very basic Roti -

Food is ok.. Location is great... But the service part is worst one... You can't expect the such kind of service from Hotel Niyaz.. Even for hand wash, they have kept water can to wash your hand.. While washing, your hand will be touched ti wash basin which is very irritating.. As Compare to before, it's waste to go...

The worst biryani I ever had in my life in chicken blood was highly visible in Biryani. We informed to mr.sanosh he replied as here we used pinkish chicken.i never suggest to have biryani ever here

Good ambience. Some what delay in service. Dishes and roti are good but the biryani is not at all recommended. Both chicken and egg biryani are not satisfied. Price range is quite high compared to quantity and taste. The only thing I liked here was chicken lollipop and Gobi Manchurian. Gobi Manchurian was too good in taste.
