Attended a seminar at this place. The arrangements were good. Staff was polite. food was good. Dining area & washrooms were clean. Valet parking is available. Can make for a good venue for small parties / gatherings / meetings etc since it's in a centrally located area of the city.
Amazing experience...The staff was so helpful...delicious food and ambience was soothing in banquet...even in crowded area like sitaburdi, we could relax...thanks to the good hospitality by entire group of sun star.

We were a family of 5 visiting from kerala. The service was excellent we are so happy with the services. They had pick up and drop from airport too. So happy and highly recommend
Stayed from 11 Jan to 12 Jan 23. Window latch was not closing properly and mosquitoes were roaming in the room, so requested to change the room after 3-4 times requesting got another room. Reception person in the evening on 11 Jan was not attentive and mindful. Booking was done 7 days prior by the company for 01pm check-in but he had no clue about while checking-in at 6 pm and not having hospitable attitude. FnB manager was good and suggested for buffet dinner.
