The biggest fraud of bhubaneswar in hotel business I booked a hotel from goibibo and payment was made and voucher of the hotel for check in was generated When I visited the hotel they denied me check in stating they had not recived the money from the goibibo and further asked me to leave or else they will throw me out. Later when confirmed with goibibo customer care they Said that money was already paid. This kind of hotel owners should be subject to legal action on the charges of 420,503and 504. And the travelling agencyShould blacklist them for ever boking And the local police should seal and take necessary legal action against the owner for such fraudsters and misconduct

Lovely place to spend time with family and friends. The hospitality was excellent. Thanks to the SR team for making our stay so, memorable.

It's an apartment and they give you one private room with an attached bathroom. The location of this place is very off as it's very far from the bhubaneswar station and the airport. Takes almost 35-45 mins to reach those places. However, it is near from the Patia railway station. The room, where I stayed was not okay. The fan's speed regulator was missing. AC had a remote control but was in a very poor condition. There was only one light on the whole room. Only one big yellow bulb! The bedsheets were dirty and were not at all in a usable condition. We even found bed bugs and a lot of mosquitos in the room. The shower in the washroom was not working properly. The water heater was fine. There was one TV but without any network! For food there are nearby restaurants from where you can order (via swiggy or Zomato). Else within 1- 1.5 I'm distance there will be good food options (veg/ non-veg). Room service is also available in the place, however we did not explore that option.

This is the worst ever hotel stays I have ever had in my life. They charged us extra money on check in. When i complained about this to the customer care. They THREATENED us and told us to leave the property and denied refunding the money. They lied to the OYO team that we were 4 guests but booked for 3. But the reality is we booked for 3 and we were 3 only. This is how they lied and charged nearly extra 500 rupees. We had to stay there with fear as we had already paid the money and we didn’t have any other options. Moreover neither their service is good nor their rooms are. Their bedsheets and blankets were not washed and were very dirty like you just can’t use them. Their bathroom was also not cleaned and very dirty. You won’t get a peaceful sleep . Never do the mistake of booking this hotel. You will have your worst ever experience.
