Hotel Sogo - North EDSA

The place smelled like sewage. The Bathroom was clogged and still had dirt. The airconditioning was broken and hot.

Everything was excellent. The service is great. When you get into your room they will call you 30 minutes to perform a room check if you have any issues inside the room and when you order something you will be receiving it within 10 minutes. They are very accommodating and the rooms are excellent nice and comfy.

U will have to leave your car key to the unpolite attendant. Room key not working. EXECUTIVE ROOM is just like a REGULAR. No toiletries! No bottled water! Will never go back here. Other branches are way better.

Location is good since it's along EDSA and very accessible to other establishments. Rooms are always good but there was only one small soap. Reception- services are good and always professional. Food- I ordered a clubhouse sandwich but since it we only had 15 mins. left before checkout, I decided take it away. I decided to eat it at the office and share it with my friend but lo and behold, the bread got molds in it. This means that the clubhouse was left in a room temperature for several days. The fries were already dried. Good thing we haven't ate it there, or else we got food poisoned.

Room was warm because the AC was old/not properly maintained. Clogged toilet floor drain. Water builds up like a swamp and takes time to subside. Easy to request for items you need. They made a mistake and called me a few minutes after I checked in, they did not update the records properly and was not able to log off the person who used the room before me on their system. Good thing I was still awake. I would have flipped if they ruined my sleep because of a very simple mistake.
