Rooms are satisfied clean but hot water issues management is very rough manager doesn’t know how to talk with customer housekeeping staff was not bad

This is one of the best hotel who go to Mata na madh. Rooms were good, service - can't say. Didn't get chance to experiance it. Location - as I said good for the Mata's visitors Overall - satisfactory

By far one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had...I've traveled across India but never ever ever visit this place. The staff here are the most rude you will ever find in your life and they make you feel like they pay you to stay at their property. Checked in late around 12 and called their room service for blanket and pillow and they reply saying they don't offer room service after 12 and that we should not be calling them. Also, interesting, so many people have left reviews here but I noticed the owner or manager never bothered to reply to anyone here.. says a lot about how they are operating. I urge people to stop visiting them which is the only way they will improve or get out of the hospitality industry.
