Hotel Rainbow Tower

Very poor service, rooms was dirty, washroom and toilets was smelling. Complimentry breakfast was third class. They have only idly and hot water with salt and called its sanbhar. Its look loke dharmshala not Hotel.

Hotel is bad.staff in the reception took my mobile and gave 5/5 and commented hotel is good ,so immature.bathrooms are not clean and was stinking.while booking breakfast was complimentary but later they charged and the worst breakfast I have ever had.very bad experience.

Would have give a zero star if thr was an option Room might look good from the pics but reality isnt really so. Room floor hasnt been mopped for a long time and washroom stinks. The air coming from AC had a very bad smell as well. Doors doesnt close properly and i m not sure if they wash the bedsheet regularly. When i had to leave for a meeting at 8 30am, i asked them for my compli breakfast at 8am. They were like ITS VERY DIFFICULT FOT US TO ARRANGE BREAKFAST AT THIS EARLY MORNINGS.. wth!! I dont knw if asking breakfast at 8am is wrong according to their hotel policy. They gave me food at 8 30am and i was late for my meeting and on the 2nd day they didnt give me breakfast at all. They have provided teabags and sugar at the room but no electric kettle. Dont know if they expect the customers to use the bathroom water to make tea. Very poor behaviour by the staff. Be very careful before considering this hotel. Worst experience ever.

We paid 5100 for a suite. Room was horrible, small bed, bathroom had no mirror, door was not closing , AC was very old noisy and hot air was coming. Food was horrible. Staff were rude , no courtesy and manners. We checked out within 5 hours. Pl do not go to this hotel

They are not washing linen( bed sheets, pillow,etc) after customer vacate hotel. using same used bed sheets to new customers, I checked 2 rooms. Same I experienced. I removed all bed sheets and pillow covers, throwed aside, I slept on mattress whole night, I strongly recommend not to visit to this hotel.i stay for one day for international transit of flight, balaram from visakhapatnam
