I dind like the room, it was horrible design & all bathroom water was coming out of the bathroom in room,. It was additionally made, but horrible it was & also we waited almost 30mins in dinning area not a single person was available to attend. Food was horrible
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Lavanya in Ratlam, and I must say it was a truly exceptional experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its outstanding cleanliness and top-notch service standards. The staff demonstrated remarkable dedication to their duties, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. They were extremely helpful and accommodating, showing a keen understanding of our schedule and requirements. Notably, they were very flexible with check-out times, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible without any undue pressure. Overall, Hotel Lavanya is a fabulous establishment that places a strong emphasis on customer service. Extremely overpriced. I paid 2800/- for a standard room which has stinky room with poor bed linen, stinky blankets, broken wash basin and commode. In a metro cities you can get like a 3 star hotel in such price. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. We faced suffocation when we entered the room, they had to change multiple rooms and finally we got one which was less stinky.
I had a great stay at this hotel! It's conveniently located right off the highway, which made it super easy to find and perfect for travelers passing through. The hotel offers safe, well-lit parking right on-site, which gave me peace of mind, especially since I arrived late in the evening. I really appreciated how secure the property felt. My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. I also enjoyed the breakfast options in the morning—fresh, tasty, and plenty to choose from.
