Ample Variety of Breakfast in the morning. This is the Business Hotel. Generally Corporate Conferences and meetings held here. It has 2 Conference Rooms of capacity of more than 100 people. Hotel Rooms are very clean and tidy and room service is also good. Staff is very friendly.
I was at Grand Rio hotel Nashik on 18th May 2023. Where I handed over my car to the valet for parking and cleaning in just rs.200. at the end of the day while taking back my car from the valet I noticed the driver's side's car mat was missing. Upon asking about it, I was told to check at home as if i forgot it at home. As if someone deliberately drives a car without mats. My car is neither driven by anybody else nor it was cleaned by any third person in the last couple of months. It's clear that staff at Grand Rio cannot own their mistakes which clearly threatens the hotel's reputation. For that matter I am not hold back to give the worst ratings and reviews on Google unless I get my belongings back or the replacement for the same.
Hello I stayed here in Nashik, This 4 star hotel which gives you 5star feel, were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. Live music was cherry on cake, Singer Mr.KK and Ms.Deepali and last but not least Ms.Bali who took care of the amazing dinner. 😊
Didn't stay at the hotel, but we used the restaurant for dinner five nights in a row. Great quality food with a lot of options on the menu. Great continental dishes. Can recommend it highly.
The staff (some) do not understand service. call at reception picked very very late at morning around 6am. Do not listen, not able to help (find driver in hotel, as driver's phone was not reachable). When I came down, found driver in 5 min with help of other staff. Reception person cannot be such quality, rude and sleeping at time of duty.
