Washroom conditions below average.Bedsheets were stained ,got it changed. Room was changed but condition of washroom was same.Issue with lock.Not worth for price quoted by Agoda.Complained to Agoda but no action.Agoda sending daily mail that they are following with Hotel and finally closed the issue without resolution. Hotel got money,Agoda got commission and we as a customer suffered. In short strictly avoid this hotel.
We are regular customer but receptionist always charge higher amount compared to normal price. Rs.1950/- is not justifiable for such dirty hotel. Such hotel could be used for making horror movies.
Hotel Dollar's room is most dirtiest room and receptionist is not honest. I remember during my last at Dollar, for few print out copies charged excess amount and took payments to his personal Gpay account. He should be kicked out.
I had to book this hotel as I made last minute plans and did not have anywhere else to stay in Bhuj. At first they room check in was shown as 9AM, however room was still not available when I reached at 11:30 AM. I had to wait for half an hour. Room condition was below average. Door lock had issues and was getting locked and unlocked at its own will. The service is very poor. Reception guy is 24x7 busy on his phone making personal calls and was very inattentive. They initially told me that I can order food from QR code in room. After multiple tries from me and hotel staff to scan QR that was not working, they told me you order from Zomato. Not worth price that they are put on MMT & Goibibo
The hotel's staff are rude and lack the basics of hospitality The beds are unclean and water bottles are not provided with the room. They don't accept cards but only UPI Not good for the price they charge
