Hotel Blue Residency

The hotel is at a main town, which made easier for us to travel around the town. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and spacious enough for a budget hotel. We had few TV channels to keep us entertained in the room. There were few setbacks though, which I believe are important to be improved. 1. Lift was on repair throughout our stay there, we had to climb up 2 flights of stairs to our room in 2nd floor. This could be due to renovation they are having on the first floor. 2. No water heater in shower. When we checked with the receptionist, we were told that we just have to inform them whenever hot water is required. But there wasn't a room telephone for us to contact the receptionist, and we had to climb up and down the stairs. Since we were out the whole days, we didn't make a fuss of it. 3. The air conditioner kept on changing the temperature automatically. Which we had to manually adjust on the air conditioner itself. 4. No Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi connection/modem was on repair throughout our stay. 5. No kettle to boil water. 6. No telephone to connect to the receptionist. 7. I would suggest that either the room curtain is in correct measurement or the window is tinted. It will be better if the management can fix either one, as we realised that everything can be seen clearly without the curtains and the curtains length does not fit. In conclusion, I'd suggest for you to stay only if you can adjust to the above problems. And I hope the hotel management upgrades their service and maintenance soon. I hope the management takes the comments I've mentioned above as a medium to improve and does not take it personally. Thank you.
