Not too crowded, good service, Dr n staff are very friendly n helpful, good food, easy to get parking. My children attended by Dr Nazim, such a friendly n fatherly person, all the staff are very good n friendly. Recommended 👍

My son has been warded for 2 days. Registration process took 3 hours before we able to get room. Not so sure this due to insurance or availability of room. Alhamdullilah finally able to get single room. The services and room are great. Discharge process only 10 minutes. Recommended for others 👍🏼👍🏼

Went here for a medical check-up, the staffs were so nice, from the receptionist to the doctor, very polite and friendly. I was quite shocked to experience this kind of welcoming hospitality. I had some problems with my med check up results and the nurses were patient with me. Overall, would come here again bcs i love kind & nice people!!! + point, you can get results on the same day

I delivered my fourth baby at this hospital with the same gynae on 9 Nov 2022. i cameback just because of the doctor who i got the service from my 1st born. But what am not so happy with this hospital are 1. The service to get warded- i asked for single room but not available until 8pm, so they put me at the double bedded room since 12 noon until 8pm, yet i still pay full for the single room as per the charges 2. I delivered baby via normal procedure with epidural. The effect of epidural was not even finished even after 5 hours deliverd of baby (i was at the labor room for less than 3 hours) and i coudnt feel my feet. But the nurse insist me to go to toilet to pee, i told her i cant walk and ask her to help, but she ask me to ask the help for my hubby instead. Well, this happened when i was at Sara 1, level 3. Not all nurses at the ward were bad but only 1 or 2 got bad attitude.

The single-bedded ward is very spacious compared to Hospital Annur and Asia Columbia Hospital I've been to. Rate per day is very cheap relative to the space you've been given. They have 3 VIP rooms with a price of RM260/day. Unfortunately the new VIP ward (the one advertised) has one only at the time of this review. The other 2 are not the same as advertised.
