First I had to call for more than 1 week to be able to set up an appt second when I arrived to the clinic they make you sign a document stating that you agree that for your prescription you will have to pay 55 dolares this is ridiculous if a patient has insurance and you are charging the insurance why would you charge a patient for a prescription isn't that the whole purpose of the visit and the reason why you will charge the insurance?.but front desk was really nice As soon as I saw that I walked.

What I expect an Opthamologist office to be like. Dr. Santini is thorough, detailed and very attentive. I appreciate the staff follows COVID protocols and are very friendly.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Doctor was very patient with me and listened to all my question and concerns, he explain why things were happening and the best action to take to solve the issue.

The best service! Dr horta took care of me while i had a serious injury in my cornea. He spent plenty of time explaining and evaluating my injury and made sure it is treated in the best and most convenient way for me and he focused on making sure i am able to continue to work properly while recovering. The staff was very friendly and the office was very clean and organized. I highly recommend.

New patient here. Outstanding service! The staff and time that the doctor spends with you explaining and evaluating your condition at a upmost professional level makes you feel like a movie star lol. I was treated with respect and felt welcomed. Very cleaned office btw and friendly staff willing to help with any issues ( I had issues with my insurance and prescription and they took care of it). Will definitely come back!
