So this all started in July of 2022. My husband is diabetic and they really have to have urgency in taking care of their feet. He went to HOPE on a recommendation from his Dr. So in the process of waiting on these boots that were supposed to take two weeks, he got sores on his feet. He ended up wearing a cast for 12 weeks. They had him come in at least 5 times in this process. Every time he would have to go to the Dr. And get the cast removed, go to them and then go back to the Dr. and get the cast put back on. So finally in December they called him to come in and sign off on these boots that he had never received. I told him if you sign off them they will never get your boots. We finally went in sometime right after his birthday on February 5th. They finally after 7MONTHS had the boots. You ask why did he not go elsewhere. ? They had his prescription for the shoes. So he wears the boots to work in, as that told him they were work boots. So once again he had a sore on his foot. The boots inner lining is not smooth in them at the toe. This has a hard spot in the boot that rubbed his foot and made a sore. So he takes the boots back and There is nothing they can or will do about a defective boot. PLEASE do not trust your diabetic love ones feet to this company. Lousy customer service, poor quality work, defective product, and lack of care and concern for your health
