I had a clutch bag that had a cartoon print design that really didn't suit me. While I could've just sell it and buy a new bag but because i like the bag (and it was a gift) so i decided to spend abit and went looking around several companies that can either paint over or replace the print area. I found Honest Crafters and after some discussion over WhatsApp and a consultation visit at their boutique. I decided to go with them. Though it took longer than expected due to meeting my expectations to match the same colour as the bag. They finally managed to source an almost 99% similar in colour & texture and the bag turns out beautiful and in an elegant tone. Can't wait to bring it out 💕. I really appreciate the team's efforts for going out to source the colour and material.

Staff Jane is very knowledgeable abt cleaning and repairing bags. She is able to give clear advice about the needs of the customer and my concerns abt my bags. I have so far sent 6 bags to her. She has done a great job with 2 bags. The remaining ones need time and care to clean n repair. Kudos toJane

I used Honest Crafters for a shoe resoling of an expensive pair of Ferragamo shoes. Total price about $180 SGD. For luxury shoes that have a rubber sole, it is actually very difficult to create a new rubber sole that looks appropriately sophisticated without making a whole new mold. So the first attempt did not look good. BUT... HCs did follow through on their promise to do a good job and we switched to a leather sole. The shoes now look great and for the price of $180, with included pick up and drop-off at my home, I am very happy with the result. Much cheaper than a new pair.

they don’t proactively keep you updated while you wait. And the best part - they returned my Goyard. Picture speaks a thousand words. Jerry clearly looks caked up. Not only I should get a refund, i shd be compensated. And update: the butchered Tom and Jerry is currently a running joke around my office

Sent a pair of Celine Wallets to Honest Crafters in Dec 2022 as there were damages to the edges & side coating. The sales team understood my concerns and advise me on the cost to repair. There was no hard selling for their other services such as cleaning & color restoration. The patching/repair was completed in one month and the end product is fantastic. Workmanship is top notch and attention to detail. Pricing are much reasonable as compared to sending to the boutique which they will likely charge exorbitant prices and longer repair time. Definitely will go back to them for my other leather goods repairs (and cleaning). Thanks Honest Crafters!
