I really appreciated that Honda of Middleburg Heights was not having dealer mark ups on their cars versus a lot of other dealers. Michael Z. was great to work with. He was easy going and if he didn't know an answer he would quickly find it and get back to us. He took us on two test drives of the same vehicle over a few weeks span as we were making up our mind. He was never pushy once. I appreciated their willingness to negotiate to earn my business.
My wife is very happy with our new addition! This blue Honda Sport Touring 6-speed beauty replaces a 22 year old Acura 5-speed RSX! The out of state purchase process went smoothly and we only once visited the dealer to pay for the car, take delivery and have it's features explained and demonstrated. As with any automobile purchase, we actively negotiated for a fair and reasonable price. When we arrived at HMH, the car was prepped and the paperwork was ready. Happily, we weren't aggressively up-sold a package of add-ons by the finance person. The price we negotiated was the total price! The sales person we dealt with, Fran Kinion, was able to provide all the assistance we needed to make this distance purchase possible. When we finally met her, she turned out to be delightful! She and my wife spent 45 minutes going over the car; I was sure they had become BFFs. Despite the distance from my home. the purchase savings and the process made the effort worthwhile.
This is my 3rd car from Honda of Middleburg Heights. The sales staff are very knowledgeable and friendly! Steve worked with me and went above and beyond to make this deal happen. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! Tim King was the easiest and most knowledgeable person to work with. I really appreciated his understanding to give me the best car purchase and was so willing to go to great lengths to ensure that everything went well. I felt he had my best interests in mind and wasn’t pushy or aggressive whatsoever. Tim was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure my desired car and ensured that top quality was met to improve minor cosmetics on the car. He also kept me well informed along the way about timing and the next steps to take and explained the paperwork and contract details very clearly. My experience at Honda of Middleburg Heights began with an email to Shawn Cabell in sales where I scheduled a test drive. Once I arrived I found out Shawn was busy with another customer and I was introduced to Joe Janke in sales. Joe introduced himself and was very professional in our exchanges. He was very accommodating and understanding with my specific needs. Joe brought the vehicle around and gave me some general tutorials and off I went. Once I returned after test driving the Honda Ridgeline I was smitten. I have been a Ford consumer for over 30 years. What I like most about Honda is the quality and the reliability of their product. The next person I met was the Sales Manager Brandon Nugy. Brandon was very willing to negotiate with me and met me in the middle at every turn. Once the deal on the Honda Ridgeline was struck the next day I met with Mike Smith. Mike was taking care of the financial aspect of the car sales and he made the process very easy and not stressful at all. My overall experience at Honda Middleburg Heights was a 5 star rating.
