Within 40 mins your technician was at my place and picked up the bike. Got back the bike in less than 4 hours - the pedal is replaced, chain is lubed and cleaned and the bike is neatly cleaned too As a customer, this is what makes me super happy - prompt customer service and customer satisfaction - thanks again to the entire team !

Went for first service of my Honda higness CB 350. Located near satellite bus stop. The very worst experience i have never seen before. Cont expect this from Honda BigWing. After first service i found 1. My bike is stopping while running n in traffic unnecessarily 2. Getting bad chain sound 3. Very worst water service 4. Getting more noise while running(before service getting bit noise) 5. Break issues for both front and back They lack professionalism n they will misguide for every issues including in billing. Very worst experience

The service centre is situated quite far from center of city, but it's the only one in the state. The center opens at 930am and there's rush, so be in time. I called up and took an appointment confirmation to ensure i get service done. The washing, servicing, polishing was done very professionally. There wasn't anything forced upon me as extra parts which were not needed. The service men are nice and knowledgeable and answer your queries. If you are looking at custom accessories like, tank pad, frame sliders etc, ensure you call them and order them beforehand as they aren't really available with them and take time to reach service center. The only downsides were: 1. The service center could've been more cleaner 2. A/C was not working in waiting lounge 3. Reception desk is awful at dealing with people and most times it's vacant. I've seen better topline bigwing service centers, which this particular one can definitely improve upon.

Situated near Satellite bus stand. Reach early as most of Bigwing bikes gets serviced here and there is always a queue even during weekdays. Has a customer longue from where you can see your motorcycle get serviced. Genuine spare parts are available here and nowhere else for some Bigwing Honda bikes. Honda people if you are reading this please stock up and release new accessories / official merc as Jawa, Royal Enfields are killing it in this department.

Very customer friendly staff and Service Advisor Technicians are very knowledgeable, I had couple of small niggling issues and all that was taken care Meet Mr. Ravi service Manager if you have any concern. You will be delighted by the response very friendly behaviour.
