I went in to buy / lease a car I was successful at getting the car awesome car the people nice friendly and this where that stopped first the finance guy said we had extra coverage for excessive wear and tear, it was never added , than insurance , typically this occurs with purchase lease agreement as terms of leaving the lot. Didnt happen , thank God we caught this .... the dealership said they don't do this anymore for privacy reasons. Even the insurance guy was shocked. And why wouldn't they at least prompt me to ensure that before i left the grounds i was covered. So, they are happy to put you in the car , but as for anything else . I really don't think they cared after the sale. And i really can't refer them to anyone else.

Got few minor repairs… had tire patched which was covered under Honda rescue and brake light changed. Took over an hour & half after they told me 45min…even with appointment being scheduled ahead of time. They tried to charge me way too much $ After challenging they backed it down to a reasonable price. Tried to get me to do work that wasn’t necessary. Warning - be careful when you get service work done here!
