PLEASE AVOID! 0 stars For the time I spent here there have been many incidents involving electrics, the boiler, the doors, and the fridge with only a reply from reception to wait until Monday or there is nothing we can do, including the time someone was locked in their bathroom for 3 hours in which they told us to wait and they were not sure what to do. The majority of receptionists are rude and unhelpful. If considering I would advise to look elsewhere. The flat remains to be waiting for a part for the sink that was "ordered" 4 months ago. The management blames these issues on the owners of the building prior however these are inexcusable and issues that happened after the homes for students company took over.

Lived here for 3 years first 2 years were amazing but for the third this acomodation was taken over by HomesForStudents and in the couple months they have been here they have ruined this place. First thing to note the new staff are all extremely lazy, clueless and rude. As soon as they took over the acomodation they cut off all ethernet and drastically reduced the Internet speed to the point its almost unusable. They made us all install an app to collect packages, the app doesn't work. Then there's another app you have to install to make complaints and surprise surprise it doesn't work either. I reccomend you don't stay here.

Nice, simple rooms. Of course, only when they're clean on arrival. The Homes for students staff are incredibly lazy, lie about problems being sorted and drag on their simple cleaning tasks from the day you move in till about 5 weeks. Discussing issues with the manager is like sitting in a room and talking to yourself. Yes. It's that bad.
