I have recently been employed by this company and found them to be a very sad reflection on their former self (HISC) The training we all received from Home Instead was absolutely fantastic and always face to face. Not virtual. I was promised at least 20 hours a week and I ended up with 2 When I resigned I was brushed off with a generic type email with absolutely no follow up from anyone. I started my career in aged care with HISC and no one has ever came close to them and in my opinion they never will..

As a contractor who deals with Dovida in supplying and installing mobility help in the homes of their clients I have found Dovida to be very organized and professional. Never an issue.

To all the wonderful caring staff at Dovida, we would like to thank you all for the excellent support you gave us in our home for years throughout Jim's care. You all gave me such great relief and piece of mind in some very difficult times. We thank you!

Home Instead means a heck of a lot to me. Keeping my home tidy is beneficial to my safety and health and having a care giver that assists me and good conversation means a lot to me.

Home Instead is a wonderful service that helps me in my home. Assistance with domestic and transport., is lovely. This help enables me to keep my independence.

Mandi is an outstanding Person. She goes above and beyond in her duties and she is very honest in her approach. She does what she says and has helped addressed my concerns in a timely manner. Mandi is doing a lot for us at the moment and we are very happy with her service and we are very happy with Home Instead.

My Care Coordinator Carmel is always so understanding and helpful. She makes you feel important , she is gentle and has an understanding manner. Carmel is very easy to talk to and I could talk to her about anything. She never makes you feel like a nuisance and she is not in a hurry. Carmel comes up with ideas that I have never thought of.

My caregiver has always been wonderful. She is lovely to have and has supported me, for a long time. I appreciate the care and support that she provides and I could not have done it without her. The help she gives me is wonderful. I appreciate her so much!

Our Caregiver Renae is "perfection", she is extremely confident when assisting my mother with personal care. She is great and easy to talk too, she is a great fit for our care team.

I am over the moon, my Caregiver is a gem and exactly what I wanted. She is brilliant and top of the class as far as I am concerned. We laugh and get on great.

Deb is wonderful, she really cares for our parents. The family really appreciate everything that Deb does, she is so thoughtful, kind and caring. We truly appreciate everything that she does for Mum and Dad.

With the support from Home Instead, my mother and I now have a better mother daughter relationship. I found this challenging at times, before Home Instead to balance the roles of a carer, daughter and also working. I appreciate the care that the Caregivers have been able to provide to my mother. I could not do it without them.
