My mum is a client of Dovida Sydney Eastern Suburbs and Sutherland Shire. She is very well cared for and appreciates the consistency and flexibility the provider offers. Highly recommend them as one of the best options in the area. 5 stars!

Client Anita called to say that CAREGiver Sumalee is one of the best caregivers she's ever had and she will rate her at 99%. She said her attitude is always positive and she always performs well no matter what the task is. She said Sumalee has been amazing from the start and deserves a recognition or prize.

Wonderful message from our Client Fiona: I find it hard to feel at home in the “new place “ but I’m sure I’ll get used to it in no time at all. It just feels a little weird, to think after more than two decades I have a bedroom that I can use without any deleterious consequences. I don’t have to sleep on the floor in the lounge room anymore and for that I have you, Pamela and David to heartily thank. I can now look through the bedroom windows and enjoy the view, no small thing believe me. Nothing short of miraculous is what you’ve helped get done. Client Gabrielle requested that when CAREGiver Kate returns with more hours, she would like to have her for as many shifts as possible, as she is her favourite CAREGiver. She said that she has the right temperament, practicality and responsiveness.

I am very impressed about the feedback reports Julie writes detailing the support she provides for Betty, who has advanced dementia. The CAREGiver is not afraid to try different approaches and it seems she really cares about providing the best and culturally appropriate support for the client and the family as well.
