Client Gabrielle requested that when CAREGiver Kate returns with more hours, she would like to have her for as many shifts as possible, as she is her favourite CAREGiver. She said that she has the right temperament, practicality and responsiveness.  

I am very impressed about the feedback reports Julie writes detailing the support she provides for Betty, who has advanced dementia. The CAREGiver is not afraid to try different approaches and it seems she really cares about providing the best and culturally appropriate support for the client and the family as well.
