My mum is a client of Dovida Sydney Eastern Suburbs and Sutherland Shire. She is very well cared for and appreciates the consistency and flexibility the provider offers. Highly recommend them as one of the best options in the area. 5 stars!

Beverley called to say thank you to Nicolette for attending a wedding with her and said that she was so grateful for looking after her the way she did.

Beverley called and wanted to thank CG Nicolette for looking after her last night at a wedding and she's grateful for her assistance.

Client's daughter reported that she met Tessa a couple of weeks ago and wanted to let us know that she is awesome and that her parents loves her to bits. She said that she took her Dad fishing which he had been asking for someone to do for ages. She was very grateful and appreciative.

I have nothing but admiration for the office staff who are always so supportive, amenable and helpful. I appreciate that there is ‘someone’ at the end of the phone no matter what time of the day/night it is. After so many years working in aviation when I was just a ‘number’ with Home Instead I feel valued and appreciated.

We just wanted to join the chorus of congratulations for CG Julianne's NSW CAREGiver of the year award. It is a hugely deserved accolade. Julianne has been looking after my father and my mother prior to her passing, for many years. She is a beautiful caring and competent woman who supports our parent’s desire to stay in their family home with grace, good humour, and immense kindness. Our father literally lights up when she comes into the house. He knows he will get a lovely chat, a beautiful meal and wonderful warm company. Julianne manages to do this as well as all the other domestic activities of a care giver. My brother and I have felt so fortunate to have someone so capable looking after our parents through some very difficult times. I spent the weekend at June’s house and met CG Tracey on Saturday morning. Really lovely and June seems to have taken to her. I can see what a great job Tracey is doing for us. Michelle (June's Daughter) Tracey replied " This has got to be the most rewarding job I’ve ever had. So glad I’m doing good."

Debbie has been lifechanging for me! She goes out of her way to make things better for me. Whatever she does she does it thoroughly. She can look at me when she arrives, sums me up, and knows what I need. She is a delight to have in my home.

My CAREGiving experience with Home Instead has been absolutely beautiful. I am so grateful I get to make a difference in the client's life and I have learnt so much from them along the way!
