After being with a diffrent care provider the switch to dovida was refreshing. All the carers that helped my grandad where WONDERFULL! it looks like they are expensive on paper but the management team actyally work each service to maximise benifets and minimise cost. Eg all appointment needs where bundeled to one visit rather then multiple call outs (incuring more fees-the last place we had been with was like that.).
The carers always handeled gdads needs with the perfect approach taylored to his needs.
Dovida is the main reason my g dad got to pass away, in comfort, as he chose at home. I phisically couldnt have delivered such a dignified, loving and peacfull end fo him without the help of the whole team at dovida.
The 2 years we had with dovida was a brease compaird to previous provider.
I cannot praise them enough.
Thankyou for giving him the most independant and comfortable last years humanly possible.
To anyone aprehensive, please please give them a try. It may just change your opinion. It was help that felt like more family, not people employed.

They are my grandads care providers. Absolute gold standard from the team. Easy comunication. 24/7 emergancy line for assistance. Their package managers make organising anything so easy. The carers are top quality, always helpfull and super nice. They have been a crucal part in making grandads end of life journy more comfortable and supported in every way imaginable.
