The lovely staff at Dovida have been a huge help to me and my husband. Everyone has been punctual, friendly and caring.

Dovida have been so wonderful to my Nan, she is a fiercely independent 97 year old who lives at home alone. They continue to promote her independence while supporting her in the area’s she needs a little help with. They have also been fantastic at suggesting products and resources they she can use to remain independent but in a safer manner. Nan was so impressed with the first meeting, she previously felt extremely overwhelmed with other providers and the volume of information and PAPERWORK! Dovida accommodated the meeting to suit her and ensured she understood her choice and control over her own life, with them by her side to support her every step of the way. Thankyou for being so approachable and so easy to contact with anything at any time, it makes all the difference.

Dovida (Home Instead) is providing aged care services for my mother, including personal care and assistance with shopping and appointments. She also receives gardening services. Her garden has been her labour of love for 60 years and she was very distressed when she could no longer care for it as she wished. Dovida has been professional responsive and sensitive to her needs and we are very appreciative.

My Mother in law receives great care and companionship from her support worker. The office staff are always available to answer any questions or concerns. Highly recommend Dovida for at home aged care.

The open, honest communication, respect and reassurance are qualities we have encounted with EVERY interaction, with both admin staff and carers we have had. A dedicated staff that work well together making this, "team work at it's best". The carers obviously "love their work" - this is evident - and in some instances they have gone out of their way to attend to other needs which have cropped up. Punctuality is a priority for them, which allows us to plan the days accordingly. We look forward to their visits and company and really appreciate the help they give. Any Aids or Allied Health Services needed have been addressed promptly - with qualified and caring people. You have made a huge difference to our lives. In an emergency you stepped in, nothing was too much trouble and all ticked along beautifully. Thanks to Sophie for bringing Home Instead to our attention.
