I am one of the lucky ones who gets to work in this amazing organisation everyday. Community in home care is fast becoming the preferred choice for families caring for their loved ones. Having seen how Home Instead treats their customers and provides such a high level of care makes me thankful that I get to change the face of ageing everyday. Knowing the staff and having met a lot of the wonderful caregivers, I have recommended Home Instead Gold Coast to my parents (my Dad has recently been approved for a Home Care Package). It is important to choose the right provider - and it can be very confusing for Seniors to navigate My Aged Care. I highly recommend that you call the team on the GC who will be able to go through the mine field that is aged care with compassion, patience and empathy.
