Wouldn't use anyone else for care of my dad who has Lewy body dementia. Home instead go above and beyond in all aspects of care. Dad is impressed aswell which is no mean feat .

Mark had such a special way with Errol, he always treated him with respect maintaining Errol’s dignity. I could not have cared for Errol at home without Mark’s help.
As usual your photographs are very good. The luncheons are wonderful affairs where it is good to meet other patients and carers. The general chit chat is a great way to socialize. Laurette really enjoys the days. She really likes a good conversation at these events. Keep up the events.

Margaret is so organised and works to a very high standard. She is so caring towards Mum and speaks to us throughout the service making sure we are all on the same page. You must be happy to have staff like that!
My CAREGivers are very efficient, friendly, and willing to help. I enjoy their company and appreciate the assistance they provide.
Carol is extremely caring, relates so well to mum and dad. Carol’s work ethic is amazing. Carol has certainly made the experience of transferring to Home Instead a very positive experience.

How could you describe Renee in one breath? She is incredible. She has a beautiful soft nature. She deserves a medal that woman, she is a unique human. She loves her job and that makes a difference. She is wonderful!

The social support Ramune provides for mum is wonderful. Mum and Ramune discuss and reminisce about things specific to mum’s culture. This support is so important to mum
Joanne came on Monday and did my service. Joanne was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond. I have not seen my house look this beautiful for a long time. Joanne did such a wonderful job and she was such a lovely lady. Can I please have Joanne on every service!
