So disappointed with management and this company. Dad was admitted to hospital on 17th Jan 2025 (They were aware of this) Dad passed on the 24th Jan 2025.(My Aged Care notified them) To date (5th Feb 2025) not a phone call, sms or email. They don't care about their clients. Caregivers Emmanuel and Shane were excellent with taking care of Dad.

I want to take this opportunity to express gratitude for the exceptional service this HCP provider provides. After trying two other HCP providers for my 95 year old dad who were absolutely woeful in their care and communication, it was a breath of fresh air when we signed up with Home Instead Inner North. From day one, they have been professional, kind and accommodating to whatever we need to keep dad safely at home. From Emily, who is a pleasure to deal with, to Thomas, dad’s care manager, who is amazing! And let’s not forget the carers who look after dad despite the, sometimes, challenging behaviours, do a wonderful job. If you are looking for a HCP provider who not just say they care, they actually DO care! Since engaging Home Instead Inner North dad's care has exceeded expectations. His independence at home, encouragement from and engaging with carers has been terrific. Thomas is supportive and informative whenever contacted and it's one of the best decisions we made to help dad stay at home in his 10th decade.

I have now been with Home Instead Inner North for 8 months now. My care Manager Thomas is super efficient, he is right on the ball for what I need, and is easy to talk to, and so helpful. The carers I have come into my home are very pleasant and helpful, they do a really good job,they always have a smile on their face. Also the times I have had to ring up Home Instead. Hannah is so helpful, as she sounds like she is a beautiful person. Thank you all of the team for your great work and support. Much appreciated Dot 🙂

Home Instead Inner North has been my home care provider for over three years. I have the highest praise for this organisation, and the people in different roles who look after my needs in various ways. I have three regular carers who are very competent and sensitive to my physical and emotional needs. They have been especially helpful when care needs have varied, for example when I broke my arm, and had it in a brace for three months. They are always cheerful and obliging, and I enjoy their company. My Care Manager, Michelle, is super efficient. She is a good communicator, always open to discussion and consultation. She is quick to follow up on any further action needed. The Directors of the company are also prompt in communicating any changes to pricing or changes to the way the system operates. I am very happy to have the people from Home Instead in my life. Marie.

I am happy with everything and everyone, I could not think of anything that Home Instead could do better. I'm very blessed to have Home Instead in my life and would not be able to remain in my own home without the services I receive. I've taught CAREGiver Piper how to play scrabble - this may have been a mistake as she can now beat me! I've has also taught a CAREGiver to play the piano left handed and we are now going to work on crochet.

I am happy with my CAREGivers Maria and Linda. I'm very happy that they both speak Italian. My services make me very happy, after covid with the isolation I was lonely and feeling down, but now I look forward to their visits. My daughter Joan likes the fact that when she calls the office, staff know who she is and that she is calling about me and my services without having to explain.

At Helen's 6 month review, her husband Allan had this to say "Cherie and Manjula are amazing, they engage very well with Helen and make her feel at ease. Emily is also great, she gives us as much notice as possible for any changes, is always friendly and I've built a good relationship with her. The best thing about Home Instead is its people, CAREGivers and office staff. Its very personalized.”

Pasquale daughter Teresa had this to say about our CAREGivers Julie and Ezel. Dad constantly tells me how wonderful the girls are and how extremely grateful he is for the care they provide. They are always willing to help no matter what the task may be. We both feel so incredibly comfortable, and I have no doubts to leave Dad in the hands of the two beautiful CAREGivers.

Nelum is very happy with the prompt , polite experience she has when she calls the office Overall Nelum is happy with the way Martin is cared for by Home Instead, they are both happy with the CAREgivers Erica and Ernestine. Ernestine is a particular favourite. Nelum advised that she is hard working and always on time.

Heather and Jack were both very positive about the care they receive. They really enjoy Diane’s company and say she goes above and beyond to support Heather. Even goes a little further to assist husband Jack if he is having tech issues with his computer etc. when she has time.

Dear Michelle, Today at about midday, my new scooter arrived! The sun was shining, the afternoon was clear of other events. So we had a quick lunch and set off for the Zoo. About a 12 minute walk for Colin, but my scooter and I could have been much faster. On arrival we found it was School holidays, and on such a pleasant day, the place was packed. But we still managed to see all the favourite animals, and I did not run down anyone! Rain tomorrow so I am so glad we were able to get there today. What with all these extra public holidays, and moving date so close, I doubt that I will have another chance to do that before my yearly zoo membership runs out. So thanks again, and I do appreciate all the help that Home Instead brings into our lives.
