Dovida provided us with a seamless transition from hospital to home in the final few weeks of Mum’s life. The carers were all very professional yet personal and attentive to all our needs. Couldn’t not fault them in any way. They have made our time at home so much more peaceful. The communication with the management team was also excellent. Thank you to everyone.

Our first meeting with grandmas case manager Cheree she was able to educate us on the home care package and all the ways in which we could receive help to support keeping grandma at home. Every step of the way Cheree replies promptly, with empathy and has been able to get referrals sent off so quickly for extra help (occupational therapy, incontinence nurse, dementia doula, etc). The carers have been excellent at building rapport quickly with grandma, she enjoys their company and companionship as well as the help they provide in keeping her hygiene maintained, the house clean, making her meals and keeping her safe to stay at home rather than having to go to a nursing home. The staff provide me as a carer with respite weekly, it gives me peace of mind when I’m not at home she is safe. In particular she thoroughly enjoys the company of Jandalyn, Kate, Peter, Rachael, Alannis and Joanna. Cheree has been able to handle any issues that have arisen quickly and professionally. Highly recommend Dovida for at home care.

Had a great experience bringing in carers to support my dad with Parkinson's dementia while he was in a nursing home. The care coordinator was fantastic, and communication from the team was always excellent.

Over the last 2 years Home Instead have provided an excellent service for my father. They made getting the care services he required easy to set up initially & were always reliable & easy to contact. The staff in every department I dealt with - Reception, scheduling, finance & care managers were always on hand to advise & help with any queries. A very special mention to the carers dad was lucky enough to have. They were always caring & thoughtful & did a great job.
