I cant believe what a big difference having the right carer has added to mums life. It is lovely to hear mum talk about her days now as they are so much more positive. Mum now looks forward to her week with Delma visiting. I visit my mother daily – however the dynamic of being the daughter is always a challenging road to navigate, because the mums don’t like being ‘helped’ by their daughters – they like to be independent of their children. Now with Delma helping mum, I have been able to relax more, knowing mum is being helped in the mornings and setup well for her day. And how quickly Delma turned my mum around from saying to family – I have to accept having help in my home for me to stay at home – to within 3-4 weeks Mum now saying Delma she isn’t just my care worker – she is like my best friend visiting me and we have fun. I cant thank the Home Instead Team enough – as they have made a big difference to mum enjoying life again, in her own home.

It was lovely to speak to you and I admit I phoned immediately after leaving my meeting with another provider. I was taken aback with the rigidity around seniors pets not being to be off lead or put in another room while the support worker was present. I had to ring immediately after to continue my discussion with Home Instead, as I felt the meeting mum and I had with Nat was warm, caring and listened to mum state what she needed. Nat took time to listen to mum, her life with my father and time to look at her craft interests, her garden and her home. Nat spent time with us in comparison to my other provider meetings have been over the phone or at an office, with no real understanding or appreciation of my mum and her current circumstances.

Natalie and her team provide a great carers and support. Love that Home Instead have a local office with everything done locally in Bunbury. Makes it a genuine personal service.

As a caregiver in Bunbury I could not ask for a better team with the ladies in the Bunbury office. Always exceptionally helpful and free to offer advice and frienship when required. On the odd occasion when Perth and Mandurah take my call I have found the staff are also fabulous!

My sister and I are extremely happy with the level of service provided for our father the carers do a wonderful job. Natalie's communication, professionalism, attention to detail and compassion is absolutely first class. Highly recommend

Been in WA for 2 years, was with another provider and I wasn't getting anything. I changed to Home Instead everything I need with staff and equipment has been a easy to achieve. Office staff are delightful and fantastic. Get a smile every time I come in.And at end of every month I know how much money I have left in my package. Never had that before at least 2 months behind ON TOP OF THE WORLD Thank you.
