HolzLand Hasselbach

The absolute sense of atmosphere comes across not only in the exhibition and in the product quality: I have already had the opportunity to get to know the Holzland Hasselbach twice on completely different occasions: for the official handover of the company to the next generation and for the Business Brilliance Day, which I was able to attend thanks to the hospitality and the sense of was allowed to organize and moderate professional networks here. My heartfelt thanks go to Birgitt Witter-Wirsam and Michael Wirsam!

Beautiful door exhibition and competent advice. I felt very well looked after here and ordered my doors. Definitely recommendable.

Everything great! Had a wonderful consultation and after more than a few months of using my garden furniture I can also say that I have received very good quality! We would love to come back, let and inspire and take something with us! ps.: I really didn't think how big this company is, I certainly didn't have the entire range on the screen and was accordingly surprised! I would have liked to give 0 stars, but unfortunately that's not possible. My father, who is over 80, found WPC tiles for his terrace in the tent in the parking lot and then looked for an employee. Since the boxes must have gotten wet, my father asked if he could get some from the warehouse. This question was answered with YES by the nice employee. My father then ordered 26 boxes, which were delivered on a pallet about 1.5 weeks later and placed in my parents' garage. I drove there the same day and started the boxes to take to the terrace. After a few boxes came the great horror. Moldy boxes and tiles. So the pallet from the tent after all?! Immediately took photos, grabbed a few tiles and drove to Hasselbach. A very nice employee said immediately, no problem, will be exchanged. So back again, sorted boxes and tiles and loaded the garbage into my car to drive off again the next day. A member of staff loads you onto a trolley and heads towards the tent. And lo and behold.. only a few boxes are left there. Not enough to trade. And it's hard to believe, there aren't any left in stock either. It's funny. Thus the decision that Hasselbach picks everything up again and gives the money back. Only words like "Something like this shouldn't happen" or "Thank you for your understanding" from the boss. No compensation or a small reparation for our effort...NIX. Then comes the next bang. A short time later, an employee is in front of the door in his private car to pick up all the tiles. But even that is not enough. I'm curious. 2 weeks later these tiles are back in the tent (last photo) That's soooo cheeky, but maybe that's what you do with old people. In any case, we won't be seen there again, although we actually wanted to order WPC boards for our terrace there. I also hope that nobody buys these tiles from the tent. Because one or the other tile certainly already has mold in it. I'm not one to write a bad review quickly, but this one had to be. I think the photos speak for themselves
